1. Allow others to work in with you. 2. Refrain from horseplay, fighting, swearing and verbal abuse (including grunting and loud noises). 3. Return all weights and accessories to their proper location HONESTY 1. The fitness and cardio centers, and studios are for those members and program participants 13 years and older (unless in an organized YMCA program) 2. Please follow all guidelines in all the respective areas. RESPECT 1. Please carry a sweat towel at all times in order to wipe down exercise equipment after use. 2. No food or beverage allowed in the fitness facilities or locker rooms with the exception of beverages with covered tops. *No glass bottles. 3. Please respect maximum time limit on cardiovascular equipment when others are waiting. 4. For safety and courtesy reasons, no cell phone use in the cardio/weight room and locker rooms. RESPONSIBILITY 1. Wear covered athletic shoes and proper exercise attire (a shirt and athletic shorts/pants) when using the fitness facilities. 2. Please do not allow weights to "slam" together, or drop on the floor. 3. Please secure your gym bags in the appropriate designated area.
