The Kauai Ohana YMCA also offers a brand new Cardio/Weight Room with the (16) Strive Circuit Weight Machines, (2) Precor bicycles, (3) Precor Treadmills and (4) Precor Ellipticals with their own individual TV Screens hooked up to cable. There are also two plasma flat screen TVs mounted on the walls in the Cardio Room for easy viewing while exercising.
